In order to use CSD Clubs you MUST agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document.  These can be viewed at any time by clicking on Terms of Service at the bottom of any CSD Clubs page.

1. When signing up you verify that all details you submit are correct.  In order to use the service you MUST provide at least a username, password, valid e-mail address, sex and your correct date of birth.
Children under 13 MUST have their parents permission to signup to this service.  Registered a CSD Clubs account and agreeing to these terms confirms that you have this permission.

A VALID e-mail address is essential for signup so that we can e-mail your password and have a way to contact you in case of problems with your account.
We do not under any circumstances use your e-mail address to send you advertising, this is not a mailing list and all non-account related messages (such as calendar reminders) are sent to your CSD Clubs clubmail account unless you specifically opt to have it sent to your e-mail address.

To protect you from spam, your e-mail address is NEVER publically displayed in your profile.  
We discourage the use of e-mail to communicate with other club members. However if you wish to be contactable by e-mail you can select the relevant option in your profile.
All e-mail communication is done via a text-only system which does not disclose your e-mail address to the person sending the e-mail unless you reply to their message.

If you reply to an e-mail sent to you via the CSD Clubs e-mailer you are agreeing for the sender to see your e-mail address and as such any consequences of this are your own responsability.

2. You may NOT use the clubs to post spam.  This includes but is not limited to:
Unauthorised mass mailings via the admin mailing list facility, multiple and/or frequent posting of links to non-CSD sites in order to intentionally disrupt the use of the clubs for other members, using peoples profiles to gather e-mail/clubmail addresses for mass mailings.

3. You may NOT use the clubs to insult or harm another person in ANY way.  This includes:
Difflammatory comments that could harm the reputation of a person, direct insults aimed at causing confict with a said person, rude or otherwise offensive language or gestures.

4. You may NOT take pictures posted in the clubs and use them on your own website without permission from the poster.  If the poster does NOT own the copyright then distribution must be covered under whatever fair use clause is available under your countries local laws.

5. We do not operate an age restriction on using this service.  All activity in the clubs should be appropriate for children.  That said however, all children using CSD Clubs should be supervised by a competant adult.  We take no responsability for how any person, child or adult, uses CSD Clubs.

6. CSD Clubs is for none-commercial use only.  Anyone found to be using CSD Clubs to make a profit may be charged accordingly and/or their account and club be suspended or deleted.

7. Other terms may be added here without your prior knowledge but we will always attempt to inform our members of changes via the service status page.

We reserve the right to delete any clubs and/or members we deem to be duplicate, unused or not in accordance with these terms and conditions.  For more information about our dorment clubs policy please refer to the "Why was my club deleted?" section.
